DISPATCH & DELIVERIES POLICY


Dispatch and Delivery

Depending on the location orders will be delivered by one of our own vehicles, the supplier or a courier. Deliveries are generally made during regular business hours from Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays. Unless otherwise previously organised all tile deliveries will be made to ground level at the delivery address supplied.

For orders in the Tweed or Gold Coast areas once the order is processed a member of the sales team will contact you to arrange delivery within one working day. For orders outside those areas or orders including mosaic tiles shipping usually occurs within three to four working days. Actual delivery times will vary according to the location of the delivery address.

All customers are required to provide a reliable contact number when placing an order.

It is possible to have an order delivered to an alternate address but this will require the provision of the full delivery address and a landline contact number at that address. In order to provide security for the goods delivery to that address will be arranged using the landline provided.

Specific delivery times are difficult to predict but most deliveries will happen between 9:00am and 5:00pm.

Any changes to Tiles by Morrissey Pty Ltd policies will be posted on this page and will apply only to data or information collected after the date of the change. This policy was last modified on 29 September 2017.
