Refunds and Returns

Unless previous instructions are given NOT to leave an order unless there is someone present at the delivery address, we will leave the order in a safe location near the front of the property. If a different location is required this should be specified with the sales team member who organises delivery.

It is strongly recommended that you inspect your tiles at the time of delivery as all damage or irregularities need to be reported within 7 working days. It is essential to notify us of the specific damage or mistake so that we can supply replacements as soon as possible. Please note that it is acceptable for one or two tiles to be broken in any given order and these tiles should be retained for any cuts required for the project. In fact we advise clients to order approximately 10% extra to cover cuts, breakages or future repairs.

This site offers delivery options and costs as items and quantities are added to the shopping cart. Any packing and packaging required will be included in the delivery cost.

PLEASE CHOOSE CAREFULLY and ensure you are making the right selection. We do not offer refunds if you have simply changed your mind or made the wrong selection.

All our products come with the guarantees that adhere to Australian Consumer Law and in no way seeks to exclude or limit the rights you have under this legislation. However, please note that we advise purchasing or viewing a sample of your selection as the colour and texture of products can vary according to specific batches.

Products that are returned will be charged a 30% restocking fee plus transport costs.
